Man’s Hand Films asserts the depictions in our video
tapes represent  entirely legal expressions,  and are
protected  under Article 1 of the United States
Constitution.   Never-the-less, current regulation
appear to require certain statements and disclosures
for materials deemed by the Congress and the Attorney
General to contain: “depictions of  actual, sexually
explicit conduct”.  In the case of Man’s Hand Films
productions these are fully limited to masturbation
and Sado-Masochist activity (i.e. spanking). 

All persons depicted in our products are over the age
of 18 years at the time of production.  They are
depicted as over the age of 18 within the script /
story presented.  Proof of age and identity are
recorded and kept at the production office.  The
